I wanted to share some exciting news... I'm a Ruby Star Maker!
Ruby Star Society sends Makers advance yardage of new and upcoming collections, and we get to make whatever we want... what a deal! I received my first package of beautiful fabric a couple of weeks ago, and immediately began designing quilts around the collection.
The bundle of goodness I got was a selection from Melody Miller's upcoming Curio collection (eta February 2023), and it is fantastic!
Small and large scale florals, stars, giant showy moths, glittering goldfish, and tiny bottles of... perfume? potions? I like to think a bit of both.
Many of the prints also include gold and copper metallic details, which really make the whole collection shine.
